Where does NajeeRenee ship?

NajeeRenee currently ships to all 50 states. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to US territories (i.e. Puerto Rico) or Canada at this time.

Do You Use Acrylic?

No, I am a Gel Only Nail Artist.

Does NajeeRenee Nail Boutique Offer a refund on appointments?

The boutique has a 24 hr cancellation policy. If appointment is not cancelled within that time or rescheduled by the client, client forfeits the total amount session was booked for. 

What's your return policy?

NajeeRenee will issue a refund to the original form of payment for defective items only. Please email najee@najeerenee.com with a description of the defective product and for the return address. Refunds are issued once merchandise has undergone a quality control check upon receipt. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note we do not issue refunds for our services in studios or for gift card purchases.

How do I book online?

Click Here. With you in mind, we've made booking online simple and seamless. Select the service, date, and time, and simply follow the instructions on the screen. Can't wait to have you in to nail your look!

What is your cancellation policy?

Individual Cancellations:
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to a future date, we ask that you contact us by 24 hours before your appointment. You can cancel your appointment online by logging into your account or by emailing us at najee@najeerenee.com.

If appointment is not cancelled within that time or rescheduled by the client, client forfeits the total amount session was booked for. All same day bookings are subject to a late cancellation fee of 50 percent of the appointment with an additional 10 percent gratuity.

 

If you have to cancel due to contracting COVID-19, you must provide proof of a positive COVID-19 test in order to have the cancellation fee waived. If you do not cancel and do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged the full cost of your service.

Can I host an event at NajeeRenee?

Not at this time.

What kind of manicures does NajeeRenee offer?

Dry manicures for non members, and Wet manicures for members.

In an effort to provide you with the highest level of service, we've streamlined our nail designs into a easy to condense and up-front payment for, pre-paid appointments or monthly plans. Please note we only accept credit cards or NajeeRenee gift cards; cash is accepted for tips only. If you have further questions about pricing, please reach out to us at najee@najeerenee.com.

How long do services take?

Out of courtesy for a busy lifestyle, all of our basic services are an hour or an hour and a half if you need gel removal. Some services may take longer due to the amount of work needed. The time needed for each service is indicated during the booking process.

What if I'm late?

Please arrive on time or five minutes early to get acclimated. I always try my best to accommodate our clients should they happen to run late. However, after 10 minutes, we may not be able to offer you the service as booked. After 20 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and subject to our cancellation policy. 

For example, if you book a Polish or Gel Design and are late by 10 minutes, you may have to choose a simple design instead of a more complex design chosen. After 15 minutes, I cannot guarantee a design but can instead offer a single color manicure. After 20 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and subject to our cancellation policy.

What if I already have gel or acrylic on my nails?

For clients with existing gel or acrylic manicures, note that this is included with every appointment. However, for time management sake, please indicate if you will need product removal prior to your appointment. Indicating removal prior to the time of booking ensures we have enough time to properly take off your gel, so your nails stay healthy and strong.
 

Do you service or remove acrylics, hard gels, or dip powders?

Yes I removed acrylic, and dip powder. I use hard, molding, builder and sculpting gel. Unfortunately we do not work with dip powders at this time.

Do you offer pedicures?

Yes, This service is available for members only.

Can I bring in my own nail art look?

Of course

We love our clients and their pups, but unfortunately the health department limits us from accommodating them in our studio. We appreciate your understanding.
