How has everyones summer been?? I know there has been a lot of traveling, new business ventures, as well as life events going on!
I do hope that we all got a chance to read a little bit of our spicy book

And also our small read, either or is just fine!
Today I will be posting when the next book club meeting will be in September!
I cannot do the 1st Saturday in September, but don't let me hold up the meeting if it works for everyone else.
It's really cool thank you so much to everyone who was able to attend yesterday's meeting at Haven Cafe!
We were missing a few of our fellow members and they were extremely missed!
Jen, Craig, and Haley we look forward to seeing you next time and introducing you to our new new family members!

I haven't had any book referrals from anyone in the book club, so that leaves me to be the one to choose the next book...
Now as you all know this book club has gotten me back into reading because I have been stunted over the years on picking up a book.
So with that being said, I want you guys to be prepared for any book selection that I randomly choose for options. Unless you guys have a specific suggestion...

Today is just going to be a really quick meeting where everyone who missed out interaction last time with each other will be able to say what information they would like about our last book that we read and any last minute discussions.
If you noticed either on desktop or on the mobile app I have put the events within our book club group so now you can access our events easy and with the touch of one button! All in one space! You will find the zoom links for any virtual meetings as well as any ticket purchases for future events and the same location as well!

I know everybody has busy lives and I absolutely appreciate everyone who's dedicating some time to read the book! I myself understand the dilemma of being super busy at times so as you can tell by the title I'm on chapter 38 LOL now don't get me wrong I will be completely ready by Saturday but I just wanted to share 😹😹💕
Also tomorrow I Will will be announcing the next four books that we have to choose from for our next adventure!

I just went and looked at some of the book club information and realized that it has been a whole year since book club has started!
We have a total 10 members and counting!
First off thank you @Jennifer Scharf for giving me the very first two books to choose from along with the idea of creating this wonderful club. I will forever be grateful and appreciative. This year I can't believe what we have gotten through!

Quick question - we’re meeting at Vendetta in Walker’s Point, right? I ask only because June 21 is smack in the middle of Summerfest weekend one, so parking in that part of Walker’s Point is going to be a nightmare (Vendetta is near all the bars that offer free shuttles). Just want to make sure everyone can plan ahead!
