Shipping and Delivery

 

Where does NajeeRenee ship?

NajeeRenee currently ships to all 50 states. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to US territories (i.e. Puerto Rico) or Canada at this time.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are currently shipped via USPS Priority Mail.  Standard shipping is $4.95.  Please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery to your address, though in many cases, your order will arrive much sooner.

What is your return policy?

NajeeRenee will issue a refund to the original form of payment for defective items only. Please email najee@najeerenee.com with a description of the defective product and for the return address. Refunds are issued once merchandise has undergone a quality control check upon receipt. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note we do not issue refunds for our services in studio or for gift card purchases.
