Client Waiver & Release of Liability



1. Personal Property Disclaimer

Najee Renee Nail Boutique is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings, including but not limited to phones, jewelry, electronics, clothing, or other valuables brought into the boutique at any time before, during, or after the scheduled appointment.

2. Service Expectations & Artistic Interpretation

All services are performed by a licensed nail manicurist in the state of Wisconsin. While we make every effort to fulfill client requests and provide exceptional service:

  • Nail art is a creative process, and final results may vary based on nail shape, color chemistry, and design translation.

  • Clients agree that dissatisfaction with the result does not constitute negligence or entitle them to a refund or free redo.

  • Clear communication of expectations before service begins is the client’s responsibility.

3. Health Disclosure & Allergic Reactions

Clients must disclose any medical or nail-related conditions (e.g., fungal infections, open wounds, skin sensitivities, allergies).Najee Renee Nail Boutique is not liable for any adverse reactions, irritations, or complications resulting from undisclosed conditions or sensitivities unless proven to result from gross negligence.

4. Nail Aftercare Instructions & Water Exposure Warning

Proper aftercare is essential for the longevity of your nail enhancements. Clients acknowledge and understand the following:

💧 Nails should not be submerged or exposed to water for extended periods within the first 24 hours after the appointment. This includes activities such as prolonged showers, dishwashing without gloves, baths, swimming, or soaking hands. Water exposure within this period can weaken the adhesion, cause lifting, and lead to premature nail separation.

5. General Aftercare & Wear Disclaimer

Najee Renee Nail Boutique is not responsible for breakage, lifting, or wear that occurs due to daily activities, improper at-home care, or client neglect. Nail repairs will be handled according to the salon's repair policy and may incur additional charges.

6. Cancellation, Tardiness & No-Show Policy

By booking with Najee Renee Nail Boutique, clients agree to the following:

  • Tardiness: Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late without prior communication will forfeit their appointment and need to reschedule.

  • Cancellations:

    • To cancel your subscription plan completely you will need to login and cancel your subscription at anytime.

      Refunds are not available for partially used periods.

    • 24 hour cancellations or reschedule Members forfeit one appointment from their plan.

  • No-Shows:

    • Non-members will forfeit 100% of the paid service.

    • Members forfeit one appointment from their plan.

    • After two no-shows, clients will be blocked from future bookings. Exceptions for emergencies may be considered at the boutique’s discretion.

7. Consent & Liability Waiver

I confirm that the services I receive are performed by a licensed professional. I release Najee Renee Nail Boutique from any liability, claims, damages, or loss related to services rendered, except in cases of verified negligence. I have read and understood all policies, including aftercare and cancellation rules, and agree to abide by them.

Photography & Media Release
I give permission for Najee Renee Nail Boutique to photograph my nails for marketing and social media
I do not give permission for photography of my nails for public or marketing use.
